Verify unit is installed
properly, ambient temp
<50°C.
Verify that there are no heat
sources in local proximity.
Verify that internal fan is
running.
Return to INFICON for repair.
Reduce pressure.
Replace ion source.
Reduce pressure.
Reduce EM voltage.
Return to INFICON for repair.
Retune RGA.
Return to INFICON for repair.
Load original configuration
file.
Replace Ion source.
Reduce EM voltage.
Replace EM detector.
Reset electronics box.
Return electronics box to
INFICON for repair.
Reset electronics box.
Return electronics box to
INFICON for repair.
