CAUSE
Upload original configuration
file.
Return electronics box to
INFICON for repair.
Verify pressure is less than
5E-4 Torr.
Verify integrity of filament.
Verify that filament is not
shorted to ground.
Verify pressure is less than
5E-4 Torr.
Verify integrity of filament.
Verify that filament is not
shorted to ground.
Reset electronics box.
Return electronics box to
INFICON for repair.
Turn Emission ON.
Turn EM OFF.
Degas, or service sensor.
Replace sensor.
Return to INFICON for repair.
Use EM detector.
Increase voltage.
Push Transpector MPH
electronics module
completely onto sensor.
Adjust mass calibration.
REMEDY
