Creating reports

The Af f inity 2.0/Equinox 2.0 Suite allows electronically generated reports through the Report editor. This
allows reports to be saved in the module f or each session and they can be retrieved at any time. The reports
can also be implemented in the patient's printout, which gives you the opportunity to have all the relevant
test inf ormation in one customized piece of paper. The report f unction also includes the possibility to make
Report templates which gives you the option to have dif f erent templates e.g., f or different client groups or
f or use by dif f erent clinicians.
Note: You must enter the report whilst in the current client session. It is not possible to enter a report f or a
previous session unless you transf er it to the current session f irst and resave it. Please ref er to 1.11 on
transf erring data to current sessions (Menu/Edit/Transf er to current session).
4.2.1

Operation of the report editor

To open the Report editor to make a report on the current patient you need to press in the AUD, REM,
or HIT screen.
