Full-on gain

Full-on Gain is the amount of gain measured in a hearing aid with volume control set to its maximum.
It usually measured at an input level of 60 dB which is a common most comf ortable level (MCL). When
measuring the f ull-on gain, you thereby can check that even at a high output the gain stays below the
uncomf ortable level (UCL).
