Digital Output with Timestamp
By setting Start Time and Activation to the time-stamping digital output module, the
preset logic level will be activated at any specific time of the cycle as figure below.
With this characteristic, the possibility of synchronizing multiple output signals can be
realized.

To sum up, these are the major benefits of using time-stamp technology on EtherCAT
IO modules:
Enabling the precise and deterministic IO responses.

Releasing the data process from cycle base to time base, increasing the flexibil-

ity of cycle time of whole system.
Reduces processor loading by reducing the data acquisition frequency.

