6.1.7.3
Reset Counter Value
The counter values can also be reset by external signals.
Both L and Z pin can be configured independently as an reset signal input pin. Once
the configured Reset pin is triggered, the CIn_Counter_Value (0x60n0:11) and the
CIn_Latch_Values (0x60n0:12) will both reset to "0".
If the Z or L pin is configured as a reset pin, the latch function of that pin will become
invalid automatically.
The index of Enable Rest and the Status of Z and L pin are listed below:

The example below shows how to reset the counter value by an external signal on
Ch0 Z pin in Bi-Direction Mode (Ch0 L pin as a Latch input):
Example: Reset Counter Value and Latch Counter Value
Step1: Set C0_Enable_Z_Pulse_Reset (0x8000:02) to "1".
Step2: Set COn_Enable_Latch_Z (0x70n0:02) to "1"
Step3: An external reset signal (Rising edge-triggered) at Z pin will clear both
CIn_Counter_Value (0x6000:11) and CIn_Latch_Values (0x600n0:12)
