Goal: symmetrical weight bearing

Start to train symmetrical weight bearing in stance

Put two sheets of paper under the fore feet
–
You should not be able to pull them away
•
Sitting down:
–
Use armrests, trunk leans forward
("nose towards the toes")
–
Check if weight bearing is sufficient
•
Stand up:
–
Load both legs in stance
