Stand up from the ground
With flexed knee joint

If sitting with extended knee, the joint unlocks
–
Turn via the sound side, kneel on the prosthetic leg
and get up via the sound side
–
In the beginning use a chair to stabilize during
standing up
With extended knee joint

Put leg to the side, push-up with the hands and get up
via the sound side
