6. With 3 people (one manipulating the hoist controller and two on both sides of TOWER#2 grabbing handles to
prevent it from swinging frontward), raise the array until TOWER#2 is hinging from its front rigging points.
7. On both sides of each enclosure from #2 to #5, select the ''variable'' setting by pulling on the angle unlocking
latch until a click is heard.
In the "variable" setting a yellow sticker must be visible on the angle unlocking latch.
