2. REMOVAL AND INSTALL
1) BUCKET ASSEMBLY
(1) Removal
Lower the work equipment completely to
ground with back of bucket facing down.
Remove nut (1), bolt (2) and draw out the
pin (B).
Remove nut (3), bolt (4) and draw out the
pin (A) then remove the bucket assembly.
Weight : 480 kg (1060 lb)
(2) Install
Carry out installation in the reverse order
to removal.
When aligning the mounting position of
the pin, do not insert your fingers in the
pin hole.
Adjust the bucket clearance.
