adhered surface of check
· Unmeasured external resistance
· Stick of counter balance spool
· Do not become break off
· Stick of brake piston
· Stick of friction plate
· Damage of traveling reduction gear
Cause
· Shortage of supplied oil
· Oil Temperature is too higher
· Abnormal oil leakage
· Two speed is late

- Fix or exchange relief valve
- Modify of stick part
- Disassembly, clean

- Exchange friction plate and separated

- Check of counter balance spool
- Check and exchange the orifi ce (4)
- Check of brake piston ring
- Disassembly and check
- Fix or exchange the abnormal parts
- Exchange the traveling reduction gear
Remedy
- Check the oil circuit up to a motor
- Make the temperature down of the oil
- Fix or exchange the abnormal parts
- Fix or exchange the abnormal parts
