Note: The display will change depending on what option is selected, (e.g. if "Monitor On" is selected, the
display will show "Set To On" on the top line of the display.

To change your Voice Mail Password

By default, each extension is allocated the same Voice Mail password (1111). You can enter your own
password, which can be up to eight digits long, as follows:

Press the MESSAGE Key.
·
Select "Voice Messaging".
·
Enter your extension number when prompted.
·
Enter your Voice Mail password (1111 by default) followed by #.
·
Press the scroll down key (î) until "Change password" is displayed.
·
Enter your new Voice Mail Password, which can be up to eight digits long.
·
Press "Confirm".
Press the Speaker Phone Key to finish programming.
Note: If you forget your Voice Mail password, you can check all Voice Mail extension passwords from the
programming extension (ext.20).

To Record a Call

The option to allow you to record a call can be set in system programming.
When programmed, the option "Record Call" is shown on the display when you are on a call.
The same rules apply to these recordings as do to normal messages left in Voice Mail boxes. Read
messages are deleted in 8 days and unretrieved in 15 days.

From the Programming extension, press the PROGRAM Key.
·
Press the Scroll Down Key (î) until "System Programming" is displayed.
·
Select "System Programming".
·
Enter the System Programming Password and select "Extensions".
·
Select "Call Recording.
·
Select the extensions that are to be allowed to record calls.
Press the Speaker Phone Key to finish programming.

Group Mail boxes

If Group Forward is activated to Voice Mail, messages for the Group will be recorded in the Group Voice
Mail box. "New group message" will be displayed on the display of all digital telephone sets in the Group.

To check all Voice Mail Passwords

All Voice Mail extension Voice Mail Passwords can be examined from the programming extension.
·
From the programming extension, press the PROGRAM Key.
·
Press the Scroll Down Key (î) until "System Programming" is displayed.
·
Select "System Programming".
·
Enter the System Programming Password and select "Extensions".
·
Select "Examine Passwords".
·
Select "Voice Mail Password".
·
Select the extension whose password you wish to examine. The Voice Mail Password of that extension
is briefly displayed on the top line of the display.
Press the Speaker Phone Key to finish programming.
