To cancel a Forward on No Answer diversion
·
From the Idle Menu, press the Scroll Down Key (î) until "Forward" is displayed.

Select "Forward".
·
Select "Forward On No answer". The forward is automatically canceled and the display returns to the
Idle Menu.
From a standard analog telephone, the code is 734.
Group Forward
This feature allows any extension within a group to set a forward for that group. When a Forward for the
group is set, any call for that group will be forwarded. Calls to individual extensions in the Group are not
forwarded.
Setting a group forward from a system phone

From the Idle Menu, press the Scroll Down Key (î) until "Group Forward" is displayed.

Select "Group Forward".
·
Select the required group (the extension may be in more than one group).
·
Select the Option required and enter the destination number.
·
Select "Forward to Voice Mail" to Forward the calls to the group Voice Mail box.
Note:
The group must be allocated a Voice Mail box for this option to be presented. See page 72
Note:
If an extension, which is not in the group, attempts to set or cancel a forward for that group, then
"Invalid" will be displayed.
Cancel group Forward from a system phone
If "All Call Forward" is set for a group, all the digital telephone sets in the group have the prompt "Cancel
Group Forward" on their displays.

Press the "Cancel Group Forward" option.

The display will show the groups associated with the extension. Select the required group.
·
Select the forward type to be canceled.
Group Forward from standard phones
To set a group forward, dial the Group Forward Code followed by the group number (180 – 199).
