Forwarding all calls

To Forward all calls from your extension

Before you leave your extension, you can forward all your calls to ring at another extension. Alternatively,
you can forward all external calls presented to your extension to an external number.

From the Idle Menu, press the Scroll Down Key (î) until "Forward" is displayed

Select "Forward".

Select "Forward All Calls".
·
Enter an internal number if you want to Forward all your calls to another extension.

Enter 9 followed by an external number if you want to forward external calls to an external
number. Forward will be ignored for internal calls. For internal calls, the phone will ring only If
External Forwarding is set to the "External calls only" option.

If your extension is allocated a Voice Mail box select "Forward to VM".
·
Select "Confirm" (only appears if destination is an external number).
Note: Once set, the Idle Menu will show the option "Cancel Forward". To cancel forwarding, select
"Cancel Forward". You cannot "Cancel Forward" remotely or by dialing in to the phone system.
Note: Broken tone will be heard at your extension until all call forwarding is canceled.
Note: You cannot forward to an extension that has the "Do-Not-Disturb" feature set.
Note: Forwarding an external call to an external number ties up two CO lines. Such calls are called trunk-
to-trunk calls. These calls are automatically disconnected after five minutes.
From a standard analog telephone, the code to set and cancel "Forward All Calls" is 732.

To Forward your calls to you while you are at another extension

The "Follow Me" feature allows you to set a call forward to another extension after you have left your
extension.

From the digital telephone set answering the calls, press the Scroll Down Key (î) until "Forward" is
displayed.

Select "Forward".

Select "Follow me". You will be prompted to enter your extension number and your extension Lock
Password. (Default Password is 123.) Once these details are entered, the forwarding is activated.
Note: Once set the Idle Menu on your own extension will show the option "Cancel Forward". To cancel
the "Follow Me" forwarding, select "Cancel Forward".
Note: "Follow Me" will not forward a call from an extension if the call has been previously forwarded by
"Follow Me" to that extension.
From a standard analog telephone, the code is 735.
