♦ adapt individual door opening
♦ adapt Convenience activation via radio remote control
♦ adapt country specific coding of the sounders
♦ Deactivate factory mode
Adaptation process:
– Connect the ⇒ Vehicle diagnostic tester.
– Select operating mode "Targeted fault-finding".
– Skip - Selected Functions/Components and then:
♦ Body
♦ Electrical system
♦ 01 – Self-diagnosable systems
♦ Onboard supply control unit
♦ Operation
Subsequently select the function to be adapted.

General description
The important functions of the central control unit for convenience
system - J393- include:
♦ Sliding/tilting roof control (enable command)
♦ Window lifter control (enable command)
♦ Central locking control
♦ Anti-theft warning system control
♦ Tailgate locking
