4.11 Covers

4.11.1 Replace the Top Cover

Remove the Top Cover
(7 minutes)
1. Remove the lens. See
2. Remove (3) #2 Phillips® counter sunk screws, which secure the side grille.
3. Remove (24) #2 Phillips® counter sunk screws, which secure the top cover.
4. Remove the top cover.
Install the Top Cover
1. Replace the top cover and starting at the bezel, secure it with (27) #2 Phillips® counter sunk screws.
2. Replace the side grille and secure it with (3) #2 Phillips® counter sunk screws.
3. Install the lens. See

4.11.2 Remove the Lamp Louver

(8 minutes)
1. Remove the top cover. See
2. Remove (2) #2 Phillips® counter sunk screws, which secure the lamp louver.
3. Pull bottom cover housing away from projector and lift out lamp louver.

Remove the Lens.
Install the Lens.
Remove the Top Cover.
