6. Loosen (1) 3 mm electrical ground screw as shown and remove the ground harness.
7. Disconnect the lamp power supply harness and remove it from the c-clip on the side of the lamp power
supply.
8. Remove the light engine communication cables from both clips on the
lamp power supply as shown.
9. Remove the AC lamp power supply harness from the side of the lamp
power supply.
10. Remove (5) lens mount harnesses from the lens mount.
11. Remove (4) #1 Phillips® screws and washers from inside the lamp
house to remove the lamp power supply leads.
NOTE: Lamp insertion/contact problems may result if the washers are
not replaced in the proper position.
NOTICE! Non-lens side is positive (white) and lens side is negative
(black).
12. Remove (4) 3 mm hex screws, which secure the lamp power supply to
the baseplate. Remove the lamp power supply with brackets attached.
13. Disconnect the lamp power supply fan harness (P1).
14. Remove (5) 3 mm hex screws from the top of the lamp power supply.
NOTE: Set the lid and the harnesses aside to be transferred to the replacement lamp power supply.
15. Remove (4) 3 mm hex screws, which secure the feet to the lamp power supply.
NOTE: Set the feet aside to be transferred to the replacement lamp power supply.
