Section 4: Parts and Module Replacement
5. Remove (2) 3 mm hex screws from the black lamp housing, as circled.
6. Remove (3) 3 mm hex screws, which secure the housing to the
baseplate, as shown with arrows. Remove the entire module with fan
still inside.
7. Remove (4) 3 mm hex screws to open the lamp housing. Remove lamp
fan #1.
Install the Lamp Blower Fan
1. Install the new lamp fan into the lamp fan housing. Make Sure the fan is seated correctly.
2. Make Sure the new fan harness is routed correctly through the wire
channel.
3. Continue the removal instructions in reverse to complete the
installation. See

4.4.2 Remove Fan #4 (Card Cage Cooling Fan)

(10 minutes)
1. Remove the top cover. See
2. Remove (1) 3 mm hex screw from the black card cage duct on the side
of the card cage. Remove the card cage duct.
3. Remove (2) 3 mm hex screws, which secure the fan assembly to the
front air intake duct.
4. Disconnect the fan #4 harness. Remove the fan.
