4. If Error Code screen indicates same error has occurred previously, take
monitor out of service and contact Mallinckrodt Technical Services or
your local Mallinckrodt representative for advice on remedial action.
5. If Error Code screen indicates no previous occurrences of this error, monitor
may be returned to service.
