Removing the front cover

The front cover provides access to the lens assembly and front IR sensors.
1. Remove the top cover.

2. Remove the LED board.
See Replacing the LED board
3. Remove the two M3 screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver to take out the polygonal shielding.
4. Remove the motor driver board.

5. On the front shielding, remove the LED board cable.
6. On the front shielding, remove the six M3 screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
7. Remove the front shielding and front bracket.
8. Remove the nine M3 screws with a Phillips #1 screwdriver securing the front cover module.
9. Remove the front cover from the projector.
10. Remove the front IR sensor board.
