Descriptions
Modifies the congestion control parameters for
the switch. For example, the EFCI thresholds
indicate when a threshold is exceeded; the
switch discard threshold discards cells when the
memory buffer is full. 1 enables the parameters
[RMCellMarkingEnable] and
[EFCIMarkingEnable]. 0 disables them.
Displays the current traffic congestion settings
for the switch.
