Use PortTrafficCongestion (port traffic congestion) to manage traffic congestion parameter for the specified port.

Port number on the switch.
[Queue #
Value programmed into the switch for minimum/
Minimum/Maximum
maximum threshold (in number of cells) for the
CellCounter]
specified priority queue (where "#" is 1, 2, 3, or 4).
If the number of cells received by the switch on
the specified priority queue for this port exceeds
maximum threshold value, the switch discards the
cell.

Description
Modifies the traffic congestion settings for a
specified port or all ports. You can change the
minimum and maximum buffer thresholds, in
cells, for each priority queue on a port. Cell buffer
memory then reserves the minimum buffer size for
cells on the specified priority queue of that port.
Cells are discarded when the maximum buffer
threshold is reached.
