11 bit / 29 bit CAN-ID Layer 2 Mode

When using the 11 bit / 29 bit CAN-ID Layer 2 Mode, the outline of the communication setting procedure is as
follows.

1) Set the following.
- Function mode (BFM #21)
- Baud rate (BFM #24)
- Watchdog timer (BFM #26)
2) Store setting to Flash ROM. (BFM #22)
FX -CAN restart

Set the configuration of transmitted and received data.
Store setting to Flash ROM. (BFM #22)
Shift FX -CAN to Layer 2 online mode.

The CAN messages can be exchanged to CAN bus.
