Malfunction of the other device
When connecting a dedicated flash writer (output or input) to a serial interface pin (input or output)
connected to another device (input), the signal output to the other device may cause the device to
malfunction. To avoid this, isolate the connection to the other device or make the setting so that the
input signal to the other device is ignored.

Output pin
In the flash memory programming mode, if the signal that
the µPD70F3123 outputs affects the other device, isolate
the signal on the other device side.
