20.5 Flash Programming Circuitry

The following schematic shows the minimal circuitry, that is needed for the µPD70F3123. The circuitry
incorporates a low-dropout voltage regulator (µPC29S78) as well as flash writer support. If the device is
not used for Selfprogramming the V
ground and the voltage regulator (µPC29S78) can be removed.
