6.11.3.2. Data Parameters
Data Parameters are actual types of the data may be measured and stored by the
iDAS. For each of T-API's instrument models, the list of available data parameters is
set and non-customizable (see Appendix F for a list of available Data Parameters for
this instrument).
Most data parameters have measurement units associated with them, such as mV,
PPB, cc/m, etc., although some have no units. The iDAS is not designed to permit
these units to be changed.
Each Data Parameters has user-configurable functions that define how the data is
recorded.

Description
The data channel's name (for reports and RS-
232 access).
The event that triggers this data channel to
measure and store its data parameters.
See Appendix F for a list of available triggering
events
A User-configurable list of data types to be
recorded.
See Appendix F for a list of available
parameters.
The amount of time between each report.
The number of reports that will be stored in the
data file.
Indicates whether or not a report will be printed
automatically to the RS-232 channel.
Provides a convenient means to temporarily
disable a data channel.
