done, this function code will be restored to 0
automatically. Restoration to default value will
clear the user password, this function should be
used with caution.

Note: It can be modified only after P11.26 is 1
indicating special functions are enabled.
Starting frequency of direct startup is the initial
frequency when the VFD starts. See P01.02 (hold
time of starting frequency) for details.
Setting range: 0.00–50.00Hz
