The Equipment Protection function can also monitor the internal temperature of the servo
cabinet. You can set the system to alert users if the cabinet temperature becomes to high.
To enable the cabinet internal temperature alarm, do the steps that follow:

10.5 Power Conservation
To conserve power, the Altanium controller lets you set the display to automatically turn off
(change to a dark screen) if it is not used in a set interval of time. When it turns off, touch the
screen to turn it on again.

10.6 Part Counting
Optional digital inputs and an output are available to automatically count parts. The system
also lets you set a sack full limit, so users do not have to manually calculate when the sack is
full.

To set Part Counting, do the steps that follow:

Power Conservation
When asked, "Are you sure?", touch the Accept button.
Touch the Exit button.
Touch the Servo Cabinet Internal Temperature button below Equipment Protection.
NOTE:
The current internal cabinet temperature and the maximum temperature are
shown in their related fields.
Touch the Enable Alarm check box.
Touch the Exit button.
On the System Setup screen, touch the Main tab.
Touch the Turn Off Display After field.
Type the number of minutes from 1 to 300 and touch the Accept button.
Touch the Turn Off Display check box, so the check mark shows.
The power conservation feature is now enabled.
On the System Setup screen, touch the Heats Setup tab and then the Control Page 2
tab.
Touch the Setup button below Part Counting.
The Part Counting - Setup dialog window shows. Refer to
