The Parts in Sack field shows the current number of parts in the sack. The current number of
parts is also shown in the system header.

10.6.2 Reset the Part Counter

Digital Input 8 (Reset Parts Counter) automatically resets the Parts in Sack field and the parts
shown on the system header to zero when the current part count is equal to or more than to
the sack full limit. Refer to
inputs/outputs.
To manually reset the Part Counter, touch the Reset Part Counter button on the Part
Counting - Setup dialog window.
The Parts in Sack field and Parts shown on the system header are reset to zero.

10.6.3 Sack Full Output Optimization

The system automatically adjusts the Sack Full Limit if an abort condition error occurs while
the system is in the Running state, and the PCM parameter is set to Zone on the Quick Set
screen.

Touch the Assign Heater Types button if this was not done before. This will show the
Quick Set screen. For more information refer to
NOTE:
The Heater Type parameter must be set to Tips for all zones of a cavity in the
mold. If no zones have a Heater Type parameter assigned, an error message will
show.
Touch the Part Counting Enable check box, so the check mark shows.
Touch the Sack Full Limit field and then enter a quantity of parts that tells the system
when the sack is full. You can set the quantity from 1 to 1,000,000.
Touch the Configure Digital I/O button if this was not done before.
This shows the Digital I/O screen. Refer to
configure the digital inputs/outputs.
