Overview
This chapter describes how to configure your WAN (Wide Area Network)
protocols for the OfficeConnect Gateway.
The WAN configuration information is provided by your Service Provider.
If you do not have this information or have questions about your WAN
settings, please contact your Service Provider.
To configure the WAN settings, you must have Administrative privileges.
When you initially set up and install the OfficeConnect Gateway, the
OfficeConnect Gateway will check to determine if an existing WAN
interface configuration is present on your network. If one is not detected,
the following system prompt will be displayed.
Click Continue. The Unprotected User window will now be displayed.
Before you can configure your WAN interface, you will have to create a
Password for your User Name (default: admin). Refer to Chapter Three,
Using the OfficeConnect Gateway, for information on how to create User
Accounts for the OfficeConnect Gateway.
