14.2.3 Error messages while establishing a connection

e.g. service interval has been
exceeded, disruption of a sensor

A previously saved con­
nection to the prosthesis
could not be estab­
lished.
A current connection to
the prosthesis was inter­
rupted
Resolution

Correction
Check the following points:
Distance from the prosthesis to the
remote control
Battery charge level of the prosthesis
Active connection with the adjustment
software?
Bluetooth of the prosthesis switched
on? (see Page 83)
Prosthesis switched on? (Switching off
the product)
If multiple prostheses were stored in
the remote control, was the correct
prosthesis selected?
1) Connect the battery charger to the
prosthesis, then charge the battery for
at least 3 hours. You can try to estab­
lish connection again while the battery
is charging.
2) Use the  key to confirm the error mes­
sage, then try to establish the connec­
tion again.

Page 68).
Check the following points:
Distance from the prosthesis to the
remote control
Was the prosthesis connected to anoth­
er remote control?
The connection that was already saved
in the remote control must be deleted in
order to re-connect the prosthesis to
this remote control. A new connection
from the prosthesis to this remote con­
trol must then be established (see
Page 68).
Use the  key to confirm the error mes­
sage, then try to establish the connec­
tion again.
