Cause
The component was connec­
ted to another device
An attempt was made to
switch to a different MyMode
while the component was in
motion (e. g. while walking)
A current connection to the
component was interrupted
Event
Power supply and battery charger operational. Battery charger not yet connected to
receiver.
Battery charger connected to receiver, good connection.
This display turns off automatically after approximately one minute to avoid bother­
some light at night. The charging process is not affected.
Error
The
battery
charger
functional but not connec­
ted to the receiver, or the
distance between the bat­
tery charger and receiver
of the charging unit is too
great.
The prosthesis is not being
charged
Defective battery charger.
Correction
To disconnect the original connection, tap the "OK"
button.
If the original connection is not to be disconnected,
tap the "Cancel" button.
For safety reasons, switching MyModes is only per­
mitted when components are at rest, e. g. while
standing or sitting.
Check the following points:
Distance from the component to the device
Charge level of the component's battery
Bluetooth of the component switched on?
(Switching Bluetooth of the component on/off)
Hold the component with the sole of the foot
facing up to make the component "visible" for
2 minutes.
If multiple components were stored, was the
correct component selected?

Connect the battery charger

the receiver of the charging
unit on the prosthesis.
Reset the error by discon­
necting and connecting the
power supply.
If the error persists, the bat­
tery charger and power sup­
ply must be inspected by an
authorised Ottobock Ser­
vice Center.
