Cause
The component was
connected to another
device
An attempt was made to
switch to a different
MyMode while the com­
ponent was in motion
(e. g. while walking)
A current connection to
the component was
interrupted
Event
Power supply and battery charger operational. Battery charger not yet
connected to receiver.
Error
The prosthesis is not
being charged
Defective battery
charger.
Correction
To disconnect the original connection, tap
the "OK" button.
If the original connection is not to be dis­
connected, tap the "Cancel" button.
For safety reasons, switching MyModes is
only permitted when components are at
rest, e. g. while standing or sitting.
Check the following points:
Distance from the component to the
device
Charge level of the component's bat­
tery
Bluetooth of the component switched
on? (Switching Bluetooth of the com­
ponent on/off)
Hold the component with the sole of the
foot facing up to make the component
"visible" for 2 minutes.
If multiple components were stored,
was the correct component selected?
Resolution
Reset the error by dis­
connecting and con­
necting the power sup­
ply.
If the error persists, the
battery charger and
power supply must be
inspected by an
authorised Ottobock
Service Center.
