8.1.2 Supported operating systems
Install the app only on the following operating systems:
Android from version 4.0.3 (older versions are not supported)

The following points should be observed before the initial connection:
•
Bluetooth of the component must be switched on.
If Bluetooth is switched off, it can be switched on either by rotating the prosthesis or connect
ing/disconnecting the battery charger. Bluetooth is then switched on for approx. 2 minutes.
During this time, the app must be started and used to establish a connection. If desired, the
Bluetooth of the prosthesis can then be permanently switched on (see Page 83).
•
Bluetooth of the device must be switched on.
The device may not be in flight mode.
•
The device must be connected to the internet.
•
The serial number of the component you want to connect to is required. For knee joints, this is
located on the inside of the frame and begins with the letters "SN".

The component name can only be changed with the adjust
ment software.
If connections to a number of prostheses have been saved,
you can switch between the saved prostheses by tapping on
their names.
