MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING

Power On Procedures

These maintenance procedures can be performed with the power On
and the cabinet door open using the keyed override switch.
Change the inlet temperature setpoint and parameters.
Perform helium leak tests on the internal plumbing.
Verify the LED status lights on the electronics.

Power Off Procedures

These maintenance procedures may only be performed when the power
has been removed from the FlarePro.
Service the pumping system.
Service the cooling system.
Remove the electronics unit and service the head and replace
filaments.
Service the inlet plumbing.
Service the on-board computer.

Pumping System Maintenance

Turbopump

Change the oil cartridge in the Turbo Pump annually following the
Turbo Pump manufacturer's instructions. The FlarePro power must be
off in order to perform this maintenance.
Roughing / Backing Pump – Oil
When the FlarePro is in continuous use, you must change the oil in
the rotary vane pump periodically. Type of oil and replacement
instructions can be found in the pump manufacturer's documentation
supplied with your analyzer.
