Turbopump Control Unit (DCU)
The DCU is mounted on the same bracket as the status LEDs (see
Figure 3-3). It shows the status of the Turbo Pump (drive current,
fault status). It can also be used to access other functions. Please see
the product manual provided for the DCU.
The RF amplifier is operating properly.
There is a RF failure.

If you are having a problem in this area, please contact your
service engineer.
The Filament is on and is working properly.
The Filament is off due to an overpressure, open, or
short condition.
Half of the Filament has failed.
