How to Remove the Sensor for Service

To replace or clean parts within the Sensor, or perform other
maintenance on the Sensor, it must be removed from the
enclosure.
To remove the Sensor:
1. Take all necessary safety precautions to safely power down
the FlarePro.
•
Turn off power to the filaments and wait 20 minutes to allow
them to cool.
•
Remove the AC mains voltage from the analyzer and wait 20
minutes for the turbo pump to stop rotating.
2. After the system has cooled enough to allow you to work
safely, and the pump has stopped rotating, remove the Inlet
Box Enclosure cover.
3. Remove the yellow insulation from the bottom of the Inlet
Box, taking extreme care to avoid breaking the glass
capillary.
