4 – unknown
5 – registered, roaming
<lac>
Two byte location area code in hexadecimal format(e.g."00C3" equals 193 in decimal).
NOTE: The <lac> not supported in CDMA/HDR mode
<ci>
Cell Identify in hexadecimal format.
GSM : Maximum is two byte
WCDMA : Maximum is four byte
TDS-CDMA : Maximum is four byte
NOTE: The <ci> not supported in CDMA/HDR mode
