current remote FTPS directory. If the file path contains non-ASCII characters, the file path
parameter should contain a prefix of {non-ascii}.

The directory to save the downloaded file, refer to AT+FSCD.
<rest_size>
The rest size of the file.
<err>
The error code of FTPS operation.
