AT+CECRX Enable or disable VOICE_MOD_ENABLE

Description
This command is used to enable or disable VOICE_MOD_ENABLE. It modify the
VOICE_MOD_ENABLE in DSP. This command only be used during call and don't save the
parameter after call.
