Are the connectors inside the
embroidery unit correctly connected?

Is the main body lead wire assembly
connector correctly connected to the
main PCB assembly?
Y
Is the resistance of the frame
switch normal?
Frame switch assembly resistance
When switch is pressed : 1 Ω or less
When switch is released : ∞
Y
When the frame PCB assembly and
embroidery relay PCB assembly are
connected with the FFC, is the
resistance between pins 1 & 1, pins 2
& 2, pins 3 & 3, pins 4 & 4, pins 5 &
5, and pins 6 & 6 on the frame PCB
(CN1) and the embroidery relay PCB
assembly (CN6), respectively, 1 Ω or
less?
