EMB relay PCB assembly lead wire connection
1. Thread the lead wire connector 1 of the drop switch assembly through the
guide of the drop lever support assembly 2, and insert it to the EMB relay
PCB assembly 3.
2. Thread the lead wire connector (white) 4 of the EMB unit lead wire
assembly through the guide of the drop lever support assembly 2, and
insert it to the EMB relay PCB assembly 3.
3. Thread the lead wire connector (black) 5 of the EMB unit lead wire
assembly through the guide of the drop lever support assembly 2, wind it
over the lead wire connector (white) 4 one turn, and then insert it to the
EMB relay PCB assembly 3.
4. Tie the 3 lead wires with a band.

ES main cover assembly attachment
1. Position the embroidery unit assembly with the main unit attachment
section on the right, and then slide the X carriage assembly 2 to the left as
far as possible.
2. Attach the ES main cover assembly 3 to the ES base cover assembly 1
with the 10 screws (1x5 and 2x5).
*Key point
• Push the X carriage assembly to the felt of the ES main cover
assembly, and then slide the ES main cover assembly to the
left.
• Slide the X carriage assembly to the center, and then tighten
the 10 screws (1x5 and 2x5) to the bottom of the ES base
cover assembly.
• Tighten the screws 1 in the following order: 1-1, 1-2, 1-3,
1-4, and 1-5.
Tighten the screws 2 in the following order: 2-1, 2-2, 2-3,
2-4, and 2-5.
