X-belt tension adjustment

1. Loosen the 2 screws 1.
2. Move the tension pulley plate assembly right and left to adjust the X-belt tension.
3. Tighten the 2 screws 1.
Load when center of X-belt is deflected 6.0 mm: 2.254 to 2.646N (230 to 270g)
