Free arm cover removal
1. Remove the screw 1 on the rear of the main unit, and then remove the free
arm cover 1.
*Key point
• Remove the hook on the free arm cover from the front cover.

Base plate cover removal
1. Remove the 2 screws
*Key point
• Slide the base plate cover to the left, and then remove the
hooks (4 locations) from the base plate.

Bobbin winder removal
1. Remove the 5 screws 1 and screw 2, and then remove the bobbin winder
module 1.
2. Disconnect the 2 lead wire connectors 2 from the main PCB of the bobbin
winder module.
