⑷ 放鬆大旋梭固定⑦，左右轉動大旋梭調節軸
⑧調節大旋梭的前後位置，把機針⑤和中旋
梭④的梭尖的間隙調整為 0.05 ～ 0.1mm
⑸ 調節完大旋梭的前位置後，機針和大旋梭的
間隙應為 7.5mm，然後鎖緊大旋梭固定螺
絲⑦。

注意 : 較長時間沒有使用縫紉機或清掃過旋梭周圍之後等時，請往軌道部⑨和油芯⑩加少
量的機油後再使用。
Caution
:Apply a small amount of oil to race section ⑨ and oil wick ⑩ , and use the
sewing machine after an extended period of disuse or cleaning the periphery of
hook portion.

⑷ Loosen setscrew ⑦ of the shuttle, and
adjust the longitudinal position of the
shuttle. To do this adjustment, turn shuttle
race adjusting shaft ⑧ clockwise or
counterclockwise to provide a 0.05 to 0.1
mm clearance between needle ⑤ and the
blade point of inner hook ④ .
⑸ After adjusting the longitudinal position of
the shuttle, further adjust to provide a 7.5
mm clearance between the needle and the
shuttle by adjusting the rotating direction.
Then tighten setscrew ⑦ of the shuttle.
