5. 旋梭的插入方法
⑴把旋梭①按圖示的方向插入梭殼②。
⑵把線穿過梭殼②的穿線口③，然後拉線，
把線從線張力彈簧下面的穿線口④拉出
來。
⑶把線從角部的線孔⑤穿出，從線孔約拉出
25mm。
為了防止突然的起動造成人身事故，請關掉電源後再進行操作。
警告
Turn OFF the power before starting the work so as to prevent accidents
WARNING
caused by abrupt start of the sewing machine.
注意 : 旋梭的旋轉方向相反的話，底線的拉出就不穩定。
Caution
:If the bobbin is installed in the bobbin case orienting the reverse direction,
the bobbin thread pulling out will result in an inconsistent state.
6. 線張力的調整方法
⑴把第一線張力旋鈕①向右轉動，切線後針
尖上的殘線長度變短，向左轉動後變長。
⑵請儘量在不脫線的情況下弄短殘線。
⑶在操作盤上調整上線張力，用②調整底線
張力。
5. Installing the bobbin
⑴ Set the bobbin ① into bobbin case ② in
the direction shown in the figure.
⑵ Pass the thread through thread slit ③
of bobbin case ② , and pull the thread
as it is. By so doing,the thread will pass
under the tension spring and be pulled
out from thread hole ④ .
⑶ Pass the thread through thread hole
⑤ of the horn section, and pull out the
thread by 25mmfrom the thread hole.

6. Adjusting the thread tension
⑴ If thread tension controller No. 1 ①
is turned clockwise, the length of
remaining thread on the needle after
thread trimming will be shorter. If it is
turned counterclockwise, the length will
be longer.
⑵ Shorten the length to an extent that the
thread is not slipped off.
⑶ Adjust needle thread tension from the
operation panel and bobbin thread
tension with ② .
