Preparing the instrument for working on the source

For safety reasons, you must follow this procedure before working on the
source (for example, when changing the probe, operating the source isolation
valve, and when maintaining the source).
To prepare the instrument for working on the source:
1. In the Instrument Console, click Stop Flow
