4.1.1 Precautions

Follow the next precautions or the device could break down.
Never remove the AC Harness.
When replacing the parts, replace the parts by the provided parts unit. Do not remove and replace any parts
other than the provided parts. Never break down the provided parts or replace the parts therein. Mounting
of any parts other than the provided parts is not guaranteed in quality or safety, and is strictly forbidden.
When a harness wiring is removed for service work, make sure that the harness wiring goes through same
route as before. Check that the harness is set to the harness guide properly, the harness is not trapped
when the cover is closed, no unnecessary slackness is found and that the harness does not touch other
parts (especially the drive unit).
When replacing a PWBA MCU, make sure to use a brand-new PWBA MCU. Never use a PWBA MCU
which was used in the other device.
Do not replace the PWBA MCU and PWBA ESSat the same time.
When replacing them at the same time, an error occurs and the machine does not work properly.
When replacing them, replace or check the PWBA ESS first, and then replace the PWBA MCU.
In case of using a PWBA ESS which was used in the other device, never perform NVM loading (Load NVM
from ESS). Otherwise, an error occurs and the machine does not work properly.
After NVM saving (Save NVM to ESS), the NVM Loading is possible.
