Is the image printed correctly?
Check the installation of the Drum Cartridge.
Is the Drum Cartridge installed properly, with no foreign sub-

stances at the contact point between the ATC Sensor in the
Drum Cartridge and the CONNECTOR ASSY XERO?
Check the ATC Sensor part of the Drum Cartridge.
11 Is the connection terminal of the ATC Sensor part in the Drum
Cartridge damaged?
Check the CONNECTOR ASSY XERO.
12 Is the connection terminal of the CONNECTOR ASSY XERO
damaged?
13 Is the image printed correctly?
Checking after resetting the Drum Cartridge.
14 Reseat the Drum Cartridge.
Is the image printed correctly?
Checking after resetting the HVPS.
15 Reseat the HVPS.
Is the image printed correctly?
Checking after replacing the Drum Cartridge.
16 Replace the Drum Cartridge.
Is the image printed correctly?
Check and Action
