The LACP minimum links setting can be configured as follows:
 Interface (port) configuration mode:
RS 8264CS(config)# interface port <port number or range>
RS 8264CS(config-if)# port-channel min-links <minimum links>
RS 8264CS(config-if)# exit
 Portchannel configuration mode:
RS 8264CS(config)# interface portchannel lacp <LACP key>
RS 8264CS(config-PortChannel)# port-channel min-links <minimum links>
RS 8264CS(config-if)# exit
